Amy has spent the last year working as a Mortgage Banker with Innergy Lending, LLC and has decided to return to her real passion, real estate. Bill and Amy are award winning Top Producers & Multi-Million Dollar, Diamond-Platinum Club members. Bill is a Millionaire real estate investor with over 25 years of experience buying, selling and holding residential real estate in the greater Portland area. Bill and Amy are a dedicated, solution-driven team bringing youth and experience to every transaction. They assist their clients in all aspects of real estate, from selling their own home to buying and selling investment type real estate during these though economic times. Bill and Amy are very active in their communities. Bill is currently serving as the Past-President of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce. He was honored to be named Tualatin’s “Business Person of the Year for 2004”. He is also currently the Commander of the Tualatin VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) Post #3452. In December 2005 he completed his term as the Master of the Tigard Masonic Lodge. Bill and Amy are active members of the Tigard Rotary Noon Group, where Bill is currently serving on the Board of Directors and where Amy is a recent Paul Harris Fellow Award winner. They are avid supporters of C.P.A.H. (Community Partners for Affordable Housing) including heading up the “Christmas Stocking Give Away” to needy children in the Tigard area. Amy also volunteers her time to help Veterans who are in distress with complicated real estate issues. Bill & Amy are scheduled to release their book called “Foreclosures! The Basics for Home Owners” on August 1st which will help educate home owners in distress in these tough economic times, to better understand Foreclosures, Short Sales and other complicated real estate issues.
